What You'll Be Doing:
• Providing tailored 1:1 mentoring to pupils with SEMH or behavioural needs
• Developing and implementing bespoke behaviour management plans
• Partnering with teachers, psychologists, and pastoral staff daily
• Leading small group interventions that inspire resilience and focus
• Logging and analysing student progress with precision and care
• Acting as a trusted role model, building positive, lasting relationships
