Summary
Our client, based in Cheltenham, is seeking a Conveyancing Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Responsibilities:
-Support the Conveyancing Department with the opening and set-up of new client files and matters
-Scan and process incoming residential property post, ensuring accurate allocation to client files
-Provide administrative support to the team to ensure the smooth running of the department
-Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with firm procedures
-Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and workflow coordination within the team
Candidate Attributes:
-Strong administration experience within a professional services environment
-Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
-Strong communication and time management abilities
-Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft
Salary: up to £28k DOE
-23 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm
