General Labourer (must hold valid CSCS)
Kettering, Northampton
ASAP start until the end of August 2026
Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
£13.50 per hour, paid weekly
Job Description:
We have a great opportunity to work with a huge business who are setting up their new premises in Kettering, Northampton.
We are seeking reliable and physically capable Operatives to support MHE Testing activities on-site.
The role involves:
Manual loading and unloading of test parcels/packages onto conveyor units.
Applying labels/stickers accurately to test parcels/packages.ac
Key Requirements:
CSCS Card – valid and in-date
Steel Toecap Safety Shoes
Experience & Skills:
Previous experience in manual handling or similar physical roles is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, and willingness to carry out repetitive.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8am – 4pm with one hour for lunch, this may change slightly depending on deadlines
Induction: Conducted on Day One
Environment: Physical work, repetitive but not heavy lifting
PPE: Steel toecap boots required; other PPE will be provided as needed
