Nursery Practitioner – Baby or Toddler Room


Up to £28,000 per annum | 40 hours per week | Level 3 Early Years Qualification Required

You will have the opportunity to join either the baby room or toddler room as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, supporting children during some of the most important stages of their early development.



What We’re Looking For



  • Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential

  • Experience working within an early years setting

  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework

  • A nurturing, child-centred approach to childcare

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Passion for supporting children's development and learning

  • Enthusiastic, positive, and committed to providing high-quality care

Key Responsibilities



  • Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework

  • Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging activities and experiences

  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children

  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Observing and monitoring children's progress and development

  • Supporting daily routines and promoting children's independence

  • Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently maintained
