What You'll Be Doing:
• Providing expert class support as a HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)
• Delivering targeted intervention for students with additional needs
• Leading small-group activities and focused catch-up sessions
• Collaborating with SEN, teaching and pastoral staff to create individualised plans
• Helping moderate learning environments and maintaining high standards of engagement
• Supporting within specialist SEND provisions as a key team member
