JOB SUMMARY




Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales function, acting as a key liaison between Sales Directors and customers
to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process that meets agreed delivery timelines. Work closely with field-based Account
Managers to manage and process all administrative tasks accurately and on time. Ensure that customer specifications are clearly
understood and aligned with both customer expectations and business requirements.




CORE RESPONSIBILITIES




Whilst there is a degree of role flexibility subject to the skills of the candidates in question, duties covered by the sales
department include:




* Manage all administrative tasks related to customer quotations, communicating effectively with retail and trade customers,
processing orders accurately, and ensuring timely updates within the CRM system
* Conduct in-person specification appointments with customers, which could include guided tours of our show homes and guide the
customers through any design changes to their individual specification in our in-house design studio. Work closely with the
sales design team to prepare and manage tailored quotations and specifications that reflect individual customer needs and
preferences.
* Work alongside the sales design team to prepare and manage customer quotations, in line with individual customer needs,
conducting specification appointments with customers to be able to produce tailored specifications and briefs for the sales
design team.
* Work at all times in accordance with company processes, assist with development of internal protocols and apply rigorous
checking process to home plans and specifications prior to customer approval

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement and technical to facilitate the design and
manufacture of stunning customer-focused and prototype residential and leisure homes.

* Undertake additional duties as required to support team performance and maintain a professional environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

* Maths and English to GCSE Grade C/4 or above or equivalent qualification.




Experience and Knowledge

* Enthusiastic and self-motivated, willing to put in extra effort when required.
* A proactive mind set.
* Administrative experience in a busy office
* An excellent team player, with good communicational/listening skills and a sense of humour.
* Good practical awareness stemming from a curiosity to understand how things are constructed.
* Good IT skills, competence with Microsoft Office.
* Good self-presentation skills, polite and well mannered.
* Experience of communicating with a wide range of people on a face-to-face basis as well as by post, telephone and email.
* Experience in park home construction and BS3632 would be an advantage
* Training will be provided where required (in-house).
