To maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, hygiene and hospitality across the office building and 12-bedroom accommodation facilities. The role creates a clean, organised, welcoming and professional environment for staff, visitors and guests, and supports hospitality services including breakfast items, refreshments and drinks when required.
Working hours are Tuesday to Friday, 6:30am to 10:30am.
Key Duties:
Carry out daily cleaning of offices, communal areas, kitchens, bathrooms, meeting rooms, hallways and accommodation areas.
Ensure bedrooms are maintained to a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Complete dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitising, polishing and waste disposal duties.
Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks as required.
Replenish toiletries, kitchen supplies, cleaning materials and refreshments.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report faults or maintenance concerns promptly.
Prepare and present light breakfast items and refreshments for staff and guests when required.
Serve tea, coffee, water and other beverages professionally during meetings or events.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Carry out any other reasonable duties or requests as directed by the management team, in line with the nature of the role.
Qualifications/Skills:
Strong cleaning and housekeeping skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good time management and organisational ability.
