Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

The Priory Pembroke is an oversubscribed Academy seeking a positive and forward-thinking Attendance Officer, to join our exceptional staff body, for a maternity cover.

The successful candidate will oversee all matters relating to the attendance of students, monitor day-to-day student attendance /absence and work with families, internal staff and external organisations to help reduce the persistent absence of students, and increase all student attendance, within the DfE/LCC guidelines. The postholder will also supply pastoral and behavioural intervention support including individual and small group work to identified students.
