What you'll be doingYou'll work across two welcoming homes — one in Kinson and one in Broadstone — supporting adults aged 30s to 60s with learning disabilities and autism.
Every night, you'll help create a safe, calm, and comforting environment for the people we support.
Your role will include:
- Carrying out regular “keeping safe checks” to ensure everyone feels secure and comfortable.
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic space so that the environment is welcoming and safe.
- Recording important information using our easy-to-use IT systems - from support plans to health and safety logs - so we can provide the best care possible.
- Creating a therapeutic, reassuring atmosphere that promotes wellbeing throughout the night.
- Supporting people to enjoy their late evenings or nights in ways that matter to them.
- Providing personal care when needed, always with dignity and respect.
