£16.12 per hour
Daventry, Northamptonshire
Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 16:00 | Overtime Available

Workforce Manufacturing are working in partnership with a leading precision engineering manufacturer based in Daventry, specialising in high-quality automotive and performance components.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit 1 x experienced MIG Welder (Final Assembly) to join their production team on a permanent basis. This role is heavily focused on weld quality, consistency, and finishing standards, with a weld test forming a key part of the selection process.

The Role
• MIG welding within a final assembly environment
• Producing high-quality, consistent welds to strict visual standards
• Working on finished components and assemblies
• Reading basic engineering drawings and work instructions
• Ensuring all work meets quality inspection requirements
• Carrying out finishing and prep work where required
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

The Ideal Candidate
• Minimum 1 year MIG welding experience required
• Strong focus on weld quality over speed
• Confident producing clean, consistent welds
• Able to follow instructions and work to specification
• Reliable, steady and detail-focused approach
• Experience within manufacturing or production environments beneficial
