Summary

Cadence are excited to work on behalf of a client who is a leading organisation renowned for servicing the music licence industry and making sure singer-songwriters and performers are rewarded for their work, transforming the world of music licences in the UK.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated sales executives to grow our great team in providing specialist advice and services on all aspects on behalf of our client. You will be handling outbound calls to new and existing clients to assess their music licencing needs and supporting them to meet their legal obligations, whilst promoting the benefits of music within their business. Telesales experience is preferred but not essential.

About the role:
- Contacting UK businesses to assess their current and prospective music usage.
- Providing sales through service and exceptional customer service.
- Selling music licenses to businesses.
- Promoting the client’s services and ensuring customer needs, including legal music use, are prioritized.

About you:
- Strong negotiation and telephone skills.
- Flexible, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Persuasive, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.

PAY: £12.71 per hour
TRAINING: 2 weeks with continuous training for up to 8 weeks.
LOCATION: Kilmarnock - Office Based.
START DATE: 5th May 2026
HOURS: Full time, 40 hours, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
