Are you an experienced Finance Administrator seeking an exciting new permanent job offering hybrid working? Supporting both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, your duties will include:

• Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders and ensuring correct authorisations are obtained
• Assisting the Accounts Receivable function, contacting customers on overdue payments and queries
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Opening of new customer and supplier accounts
• Processing credit notes
• Dealing with enquiries, both internally and externally

You will have:

• Previous experience within a similar role managing high volumes of paperwork
• Experience of working recognised ERP business system software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service with a friendly and helpful manner
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines

In addition, you will be structured, self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
