Job Description
Our firm is expanding, and we are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Paralegal to join our Commercial Property department.
You will assist the team with a variety of matters including acquisitions, disposals, refinances, leases and developments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initial drafting and then assisting with the reviewing and negotiation of commercial property contracts and agreements.
• Legal research and support on a variety of commercial property transactions.
• Regular liaison with clients and agents to provide updates and initial point of contact for any enquiries.
• Assist in the management of property portfolios.
• Initial drafting of replies to CPSE and reports and then support to senior lawyers in further review of these documents.
• Attend client meetings and assist in the development of client relationships.
Person Specification
• Strong academic background with a degree in law (LLB or equivalent) or relevant experience.
• Previous experience within commercial property law is essential.
• Possesses superior organisational skills and a proven capacity to deliver high-quality, error-free work within a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and provide exemplary client care.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Flexible attitude to work such as a willingness to act appropriately to meet unexpected demands, including the ability to prioritise own work under pressure.
This is a full-time office-based role. Hours: Monday – Friday 9-5:30
