Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well established nursery in Tottenham.
We are looking for an experienced Room Leader to manage a nursery room and lead a team effectively.
Location: Tottenham
Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team within the room
- Plan and oversee daily activities and curriculum
- Ensure high standards of care and education
- Monitor children’s development and staff performance
- Maintain strong parent relationships
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or above)
- Previous Room Leader or senior experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- In-depth knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
