We are looking for a reliable and organised Bookkeeping Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with bookkeeping or finance administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and has strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Bank reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records
Supporting with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
Handling general administrative duties as required
Assisting with month-end processes
Requirements
Previous bookkeeping or accounts administration experience preferred but not essential
Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks is advantageous
Strong numerical and organisational skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
