We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and organised Community Care Worker to join our growing team in Mildenhall. This role involves providing both personal and domestic care to service users, ensuring their needs and preferences are always respected.

Key Responsibilities
As a Community Care Worker, you will:
Support service users with personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assist with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met
Carry out domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
Provide medication support (oral and topical, as per care plan and training)
Offer emotional and social support, promoting wellbeing and independence
Monitor and report changes in health or behaviour
Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and professional care records in line with company and CQC standards

Requirements
Essential:
Full UK driving licence
Access to own vehicle
Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
Previous experience in care
Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
