- Monitoring and recording pupil progress, contributing to assessments where required

- Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Relevant qualifications in education ( Teaching Assistant Diploma or equivalent)
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
- A sound understanding of child development and effective learning strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- The ability to adapt to the varying needs of pupils and work effectively as part of a team
