snagger / finisher required to work on a new housing development. The work is mobile so you will need transport as you may be required to visit several sites across Chester / North Wales and Wrexham

• Duties:-
  
• Defect Rectification: Fixing issues identified in snag lists, such as painting, silicone application, patch plastering, and carpentry adjustments.
  
• Final Finishing: Ensuring internal and external areas are finished to a high standard, including cleaning, adjusting doors/windows, and touching up paint.
  
• Site Collaboration: Communicating with Site Managers regarding progress on plot completion and adhering to quality standards.
  
• Attention to Detail: Inspecting completed plots to identify cosmetic issues such as scratches, gaps in moulding, or poor mastic work.
  Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as a finisher or snagger on residential new builds.
    
  • Skills: Strong multi-trade skills (carpentry, painting, mastic/silicone).
    
  • Certifications: Valid CSCS card.
