Production & Manufacturing Operative – Immediate Start

Location: Rochdale
Pay: £12.74 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (rotating shifts)

6am – 2pm
2pm – 10pm
Sometimes 8am – 5pm

Contract: Temporary to Permanent
About the Job
We are looking for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Rochdale. This is a practical, hands-on role helping to make and prepare products. Full training can be provided.
You’ll be working in a clean and organised factory with the chance to get a permanent job.
Main Duties
- Assembling and bonding parts together
- Preparing materials by sanding and finishing products
- Checking products for quality
- Helping the production team meet daily targets
- Keeping the work area clean and safe
- Following health & safety rules
  What We’re Looking For
  - Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or similar work is helpful
  - Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  - Good attention to detail
  - Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  - Able to work alone and as part of a team
  - Flexible to work rotating shifts
