Join Our Team and Make a DifferenceAre you compassionate and looking for a rewarding role?We're seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support a 29-year-old man with Autism (PDA profile) and epilepsy in York.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living support/companionship
- Promote independence & well-being (we offer excellent training)
- Accompany on outings (theatre, swimming, shopping, more)
- Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
- Passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities
- Calm, confident, & empathetic character
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Reliable, trustworthy with a strong work ethic
- Valid DBS check required
- £13-15ph (day rate depends on experience) + overnight sleep-in rate of £9.55ph
