Are you a proactive CQC Registered Manager with a knack for business development and a passion for high-quality, person-centred care?
We are looking for an experienced leader to head up a Complex Care Service in Reading. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the operational side of management but also thrives on building relationships with commissioners and securing new care packages to drive growth.
The Role
*Operational Management: Oversight of day-to-day delivery, ensuring safe and effective person-centred care.
*Business Growth: Networking with case managers and healthcare professionals to expand the service.
*Compliance: Acting as the CQC Registered Manager, maintaining "Good" or "Outstanding" standards and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
The Requirements
*Mandatory: You must be a current CQC Registered Manager.
*Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Adult Care) or currently working towards it.
*Experience: Background in Complex Care or Domiciliary Care is essential.
*Specialism: Knowledge of Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, or Physical Disabilities.
