Summary
The Redeemed Assemblies Trust - Love Power Centre is a Christian family that is committed to the teaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ, strengthening families, developing disciples and impacting our communities through prayer, evangelism and compassionate services.
We are seeking a spiritually matured and experienced leader to serve as the Senior Resident Pastor, who will be in charge of the branch and oversees all Ministers of Religion, Religious Workers, and Charity Workers for the spiritual and administrative wellbeing of the congregation and the wider community.
Some of the Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the affairs of the church, preach and teach the word of God faithfully and effectively.
2. Lead Bible studies and educational sessions that explore Christian teachings and promote interfaith understanding.
3. Lead Christian ceremonies, such as Baptisms, Holy Communion, Weddings, Funerals, and Christenings etc ensuring respect for all participants.
4. Lead and guide our community with a focus on interfaith collaboration. Passionate about interfaith dialogue and promoting Christian values in a diverse community.
5. Provide spiritual guidance and counselling to individuals, fostering emotional and spiritual well-being.
6. Organize community events and initiatives focused on social justice, unity, and mutual respect.
7. Work closely with church leadership and trustees to achieve organisational goals
