Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. You will represent the company professionally, develop a strong understanding of our products/services, and communicate their value clearly to prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads through calls, emails, and networking
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations
Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in a sales role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Proficiency with CRM tools
Full UK driving licence
