Summary
To be part of our Nursing Team, whose aims are to ensure that our service users nursing personal and psychological needs are being met and maintained.
Supporting individual service users to maximize their decision making and to help promote as much personal and physical independence and choice as possible. Working with individual services users and colleagues in ways that respect their dignity, privacy, preferences, culture, language and rights.
To assist in the direct care provision of all aspects of the service users assessed needs.
