Birkdale Care is home to 29 residents and specialises in dementia care. We’re a warm, welcoming, family friendly home that thrives on teamwork and genuine compassion.
CAN YOU Lead the team. Shape the shift. Make a difference.
Birkdale Care is looking for a compassionate, confident Lead Senior to guide and support our night team. If you’re someone who leads with heart, brings calm to the night hours, and knows how to motivate others even when the world is sleeping, we’d love to welcome you.
You’ll be the steady presence our residents and staff rely on — solving problems, keeping the atmosphere positive, and ensuring the highest standards of care throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting and guiding the night care team
• Ensuring residents receive safe, person centred care
• Handling any issues that arise with confidence and professionalism
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting
• Creating a calm, supportive environment for both residents and staff
