We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to join our growing team.
Role Overview
This is a permanent full-time role based on a rota system. Successful candidates will be expected to work both day and night shifts as part of the rota.
You will support individuals within hospital settings and supported living environments, promoting independence, dignity, safety, and
wellbeing.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
At least 2 years’ experience working with individuals with:
Mental health needs
Substance misuse issues
Experience working in:
Hospitals, or
Supported living settings
Mandatory training/certification including:
Care Certificate
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
Management of Violence and Aggression / Management Training
Good communication and teamwork skills
A caring, professional, and flexible approach to work
Must currently live in Stoke-on-Trent or be willing to relocate
