What skills and experience we're looking for

Start date: January 2027 or sooner if possible

Governors are seeking a motivated and inspirational Headteacher who can lead our inclusive, happy and caring school into the next stage of its development. Holly Hill has a strong Christian ethos and values with a mission to enable our children to live “life in all its fullness” (John 10:10).

This role would suit either an existing Headteacher looking for a new challenge or a Deputy Headteacher aspiring to school leadership. We can offer a strong teaching team, an active governing board, professional development and enthusiastic children.

Holly Hill Church School, New Street, Rubery, B45 0EU sits on the Birmingham/Worcestershire border in an area of high deprivation. We are a wonderful, forward-thinking school full of amazing people who all work together to achieve the very best outcomes for our children and families.

We are looking for someone to lead us who:

• Has extensive knowledge of the EYFS and Key Stage 1
