TeacherActive are proud to be working with a number of welcoming private day nurseries across Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas, who are looking to recruit enthusiastic Unqualified Nursery Assistants to support their teams throughout September and beyond. These nurseries provide safe, nurturing and stimulating environments where children are encouraged to learn through play, creativity and exploration.
We are looking for dedicated Nursery Assistants to join our bank team, offering flexible work to suit your availability. Whether you are looking for full-time hours, part-time work, or occasional shifts around existing commitments, we have opportunities available. You will be supporting children across a range of age groups, assisting nursery staff with daily activities and helping to create a positive and engaging environment where children can thrive.
The successful Nursery Assistant will have:
• Experience working with children in a nursery, childcare, school, or similar setting
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, nurturing and enthusiastic approach
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to get involved
• Flexibility and reliability to work a variety of shifts
