Summary
Yard Operative / FLT Operative
Cramlington – NE28 8AQ
Dayshift: £12.91 per hour/ Nightshift: £13.91 per hour – paid weekly every Friday
Weekend overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
Shift Patterns:
Rotating shifts:
Week 1: 6:00am – 3:00pm
Week 2: 6:00pm – 3:00am
1 permanent dayshift role available:
8:00am – 4:00pm
Weekend work required on a rota basis
We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative / FLT Driver to join our client’s busy site based in Cramlington.
Duties will include:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
Moving bins and recycling materials safely around site
Keeping the yard clean, tidy, and organised
Supporting general yard operations as required
Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence essential
Previous experience in a yard or recycling environment preferred
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends
