Personal / Care Assistant required. ( 14.00 per hour )
Client is a Veteran who is a semi independent active wheelchair user, requires support with both physical and mental health on a daily basis. However this can vary from day to day.
To assist the client with his daily activities including food shopping and days out
Must be willing to work as part of a small team in clients house
24 hours per week ( 2 x 12 hour shifts ) required for days mainly day shift, occasional night when required.
We'd also like a set weekly rota though, different shifts each week can be negotiated for the right candidate
Driver essential with clean driving license. (Evidence required)
Experience essential although further specialist training will be given
Has an emotional support dog (spaniel) therefore must be comfortable around dogs.
Must be able to provide evidence of experience at interview.
Provide 2 x references (will be verified for successful applicant)
Clean DBS required (transferrable accepted)
Training , both mandatory and individual provided.
Support and Appraisal system in place.
You will report to Team Leader / Manager as well as client.
Paid Induction provided.
