see attached job description- Main Duties of the Job The post holder will be responsible for: Delivering long-term condition (LTC) reviews including asthma, COPD, diabetes, and hypertension Undertaking cervical smears in line with national screening programmes Providing and managing all immunisations, including: Routine childhood vaccinations Adult vaccinations Seasonal vaccinations (e.g. flu, COVID-19) Travel vaccinations and travel health advice Supporting the practice in achieving QOF targets and enhanced services Delivering health promotion and NHS Health Checks Maintaining accurate clinical records and coding
