IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for Weekend Production Operatives to join Howmet Aerospace in Exeter. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern manufacturing environment producing high-spec aerospace components.
Key Duties:- Work within fast-paced production environments.
- Carry out hands-on manufacturing tasks.
- Operate within hot or cold industrial environments depending on department.
- Follow all quality and safety procedures.
- Support the production of aerospace components.
- Reliable and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to carry out physical, hands-on tasks.
- Comfortable working in industrial environments.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Previous manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential.
- £17.20 per hour with overtime available.
- 4-day working week with 3 days off.
- Temporary to permanent opportunity.
