Crynodeb
We are looking for a dynamic supportive experienced individual to join the Medical Outpatient Team in a Healthcare Assistant role. The post holder will be required to work in a variety of Medical Outpatient settings including Suite 3, Suite 4, MDCU and Dermatology on a rotational basis
This post is Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Contributes to the delivery of outstanding patient care by:
· Demonstrating a caring approach to patients and relatives who attend the department and ensure that dignity and respect are maintained at all times.
· Maintaining a clean safe environment for our patients to receive care in.
· Ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Using patient/carers feedback to implement improvements that positively impact their care.
