Call-out: Optional / rota-based (paid)

The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider supporting a portfolio of commercial sites across London and the surrounding M25 areas.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works, ensuring all sites remain fully operational, safe and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial buildings
Fault finding and repairs on lighting, power, emergency lighting and distribution systems
Small installation and remedial works
Testing, inspection and compliance tasks
Liaising professionally with clients and site representatives
Completing reports and documentation accurately via CAFM systems
Supporting other engineers where required

Requirements

City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
Proven experience within facilities management / commercial buildings
Test & Inspection qualification (desirable but not essential)
Full UK driving licence
Strong fault-finding and communication skills
Flexible and reliable approach to mobile work
