Summary
Holt Engineering are currently recruiting on behalf of a busy and growing manufacturing client based near Poole for a Trainee SMT Operator.

As a Trainee SMT Operator, you will be working within a production environment supporting the assembly of electronic components.
Full training will be provided, but prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting is essential.
Key Responsibilities for the Trainee SMT Operator:
- Assisting with the setup and operation of SMT machinery
- Supporting PCB assembly processes
- Performing quality checks to ensure high production standards
- Working closely with the production team to meet daily targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements needed for the Trainee SMT Operator role:
- Previous experience in assembly or production roles
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
