Agricultural & Construction Parts Advisor - Limavady + £30,000
The Job:
- Handling customer enquiries over the phone and face to face
- Providing parts information, pricing, and lead times
- Processing customer orders, invoicing, and arranging deliveries
- Carrying out accurate stock checks and inventory control
- Receiving and checking deliveries against order documentation
- Supporting workshop technicians and service teams with parts supply
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards in a fast-paced environment
- Building strong working relationships with agricultural and construction customersThe Candidate:
- Background in farming or agriculture preferred
- Previous parts department experience advantageous
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge desirable
