Further details about the role
Should an ECT apply, ECT induction would begin from Jan 27 as part of the 2-day job share if applicants are successful. ECT induction would be over 4 years rather than 2 years due to the amount of teaching time covered.
Commitment to safeguarding
Our Lady and St Kenelm is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and therefore the post is subject to an enhanced DBS statement. We also conduct online searches for all posts in line with guidance from KCSIE 2026. Online searches are not part of the shortlisting process itself and candidates will have a chance to address any issues of concern that come up during the search at interview. All references are followed up using a pre-interview safeguarding enquiry form if called to interview and if appointed a more thorough reference will be sought.
