Support Worker required for a residential care home in Weymouth, Dorset.
PAY RATE: £12.50 - £14.00 per hour
Location: Weymouth, DT3
Hours: Full time — day shifts (14:00-21:00) and night shifts (21:00-09:00)
Contract: Ongoing temporary
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily living activities and personal care
- Administer medication in accordance with care plans
- Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities
- Maintain accurate care records
Requirements:
- Experience in a care or support role preferred
- Enhanced DBS check on Update Service (or willing to obtain)
- Mandatory training certificates (or willing to complete)
- Ability to work both day and night shifts
- Caring, empathetic, and professional
