We have 2 vacancies at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

Our Digital Services Deployment and Support Team brings together Project Managers, System Support Specialists, Trainers, Change Managers and Administrators to deliver and maintain the digital systems that keep our organisation running smoothly. As an apprentice, you’ll become an important part of this collaborative, forward‑thinking team.

About the Apprenticeship
• Level 3 Apprenticeship in Digital and AI Support
• 16‑month training programme, delivered alongside your day‑to‑day role
• Two‑year fixed‑term contract, giving you time to complete your qualification and build real experience
• Dedicated support from experienced System Support professionals
• A blend of workplace learning and structured study time

By the end of the programme, you’ll have gained the skills, confidence and certification needed to launch a successful career in digital services.

Working closely with the System Support Team, you will:
• Set up and manage system access for Digital Services applications
• Monitor the daily performance of key healthcare systems to ensure smooth clinical and administrative operations
• Log, track and help resolve system incidents, escalating issues when needed
• Collaborate with the Group Integration Team and external suppliers to maintain system interfaces and resolve technical issues
• Support project teams implementing new systems or functionality, including offering guidance on configuration
• Assist with regression testing, system release assessments and issue management throughout the testing lifecycle
• Help deliver training, updates and communications to system users
• Provide high‑quality support to internal and external users of Digital Services
• Work with the Systems Manager to maintain a customer‑focused, reliable and effective service
• Gather and share information on system changes, issues and new features with colleagues and staff across the Group
