Summary
This is a job posting for a urgent female Care Worker role at Ready4Care Support Ltd, a home care provider for adults and children in the SS11 and SS12 areas (Basildon Area)
Job Overview
• Position: Community Care Worker (female)
• Contract Type: Zero-hour (Flexible working)
• Location: SS11 and SS12 areas
• Requirement: Must have own car (limited public transport in areas)

Requirements & Person Specifications
• Experience: Previous experience is desirable; however, mandatory training and induction are provided.
• Attributes: Caring, compassionate, considerate, honest, trustworthy, and good communication skills.
• Compliance: Adherence to the Data Protection Act 2018/GDPR, Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, Equality Act 2010, Care Act 2014, and Children Act 1989.
Key Tasks
• Personal care, washing, and dressing.
• Medication management.
• Meal preparation (including breakfast).
• Domestic tasks and shopping.
• Escorting/community service and sitting services.
• Care relief and 24-hour service support.
