About You You will be a Registered Nurse with significant clinical and leadership experience within community healthcare services. You will bring strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, alongside a passion for delivering outstanding palliative and end-of-life care. You will ideally have: Extensive experience in palliative and end-of-life care Experience leading teams through change and service development Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills Experience working collaboratively across healthcare organisations and community services The ability to manage complex workloads and competing priorities A commitment to inclusive leadership and equitable access to care A non-medical prescribing qualification, mentorship/assessor award and continued professional development are desirable.
