Summary
Healthcare Assistant / Carer required for a care home in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
PAY RATE: £12.50 - £14.00 per hour
Location: Barnsley, S36
Hours: Full time — long day shifts (08:00-20:00)
Contract: Ongoing temporary
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents
- Support with all aspects of daily living
- Administer medication as per care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records
- Work effectively within a team
Requirements:
- Previous care experience preferred but full training provided
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Mandatory training certificates (or willing to complete)
- Available for 12-hour shifts
- Enthusiastic and caring nature
