EYFS Teaching Assistant
- Location: Selly Oak, Birmingham, B29
- Weekly Pay: £500- £525
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (term time only)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract: Long-term (Temp-to-Perm)
Long Term Futures is seeking a Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Selly Oak. This role involves supporting whole-class learning, delivering small group interventions, and leading phonics sessions using the Little Wandle programme.
This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
- Supporting whole-class teaching and learning
- Delivering targeted small group interventions
- Leading phonics sessions (Little Wandle)
- Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN
- Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year working in a primary setting
- Skills: Experience teaching phonics, leading interventions and supporting SEN
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum & Little Wandle Phonics (Desirable)
- Located in Selly Oak, B29
- Warm, modern, and welcoming primary school
