With dedicated teaching professionals across a variety of subject areas, we are seeking a passionate and ambitious Maths Team Lead to join our team based at our Grimsby campus. Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation?
About the role
As our team lead for Maths, you will be inspiring, forward-thinking and ready to drive high-quality teaching, learning and outcomes across our provision. These roles are key leadership positions, focused on raising standards, innovating curriculum delivery and ensuring that every learner has the essential skills that they need to succeed. Supporting colleagues to deliver engaging and effective sessions and leading on innovative approaches that build learners' confidence, this role will help shape their experiences.
About the person
We are looking for individuals who are not only passionate about Maths education, but who can lead with purpose, positivity and professionalism, thriving on supporting others and helping them to succeed. With a strong foundation in your subject, including proven experience teaching GCSE or Functional Skills Maths, you will also be highly organised and ambitious.
