Everest Recruitment and Services Ltd is currently recruiting Female Care Workers for ongoing community care opportunities in Weymouth, Dorset.

We are seeking reliable and compassionate individuals with a valid UK driving licence to support service users within domiciliary and community care settings.

The role involves travelling to service users within the local community and supporting with personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, and general wellbeing support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing personal care and support
• Assisting with medication
• Supporting meal preparation
• Delivering community-based care visits
• Maintaining professional standards of care and safeguarding

Shift Patterns Available:
• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Night shifts
• Weekend shifts

Typical Shift Times:
• 07:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• 04:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Requirements:
• Female applicants only due to the nature of the care requirements
• Valid UK driving licence required
• Previous care experience preferred
• Mandatory training certificate required
• Right to Work in the UK required
• No sponsorship available

What the Client Provides:
• Full induction and training
• Uniform
• Pool vehicle during shifts
• Minimum 25 hours per week initially
• Potential temp-to-perm opportunities

Suitable candidates will be invited to a Teams meeting prior to induction.
