About the Role – What you’ll do
As a Recovery Support Worker, you will:
Provide person-centred emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs
Promote independence, wellbeing, and recovery-focused approaches
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and partner services
Encourage individuals to reconnect with their interests, strengths, and potential
Help create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment

Possess strong communication and listening skills
