About the Role – What you’ll do

As a Recovery Support Worker, you will:

Provide person-centred emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs
Promote independence, wellbeing, and recovery-focused approaches
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and partner services
Encourage individuals to reconnect with their interests, strengths, and potential
Help create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment
About You – What we’re looking for

We’re interested in people who:

Have a genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive impact
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience
Possess strong communication and listening skills
Can adapt to different situations and work flexibly
Are motivated to learn and grow

Experience in mental health or social care is beneficial — but what matters most is your attitude, values, and commitment.
