Crynodeb

Do you speak fluent Toddler? Can you spot a "lightbulb moment" from across the room?

The busy nurseries across the Wakefield district are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals who can bring fresh energy into a room from their very first hour. We are recruiting right now across the 5 Towns and leafy Wakefield suburbs for practitioners who love working with children but want to reclaim their work-life balance.

We don't do endless interview rounds, and we don't expect you to take home unpaid planning work. You bring the passion for child development, and we provide the premium local shifts.

What's In It For You?
Financial Integrity: Earn a market-leading £12.75 – £13.50 per hour, backed by a weekly payroll structure.

No Administrative Burden: Focus 100% on implementing the EYFS framework through play. No paperwork, no parent councils, no stress.

Total Lifestyle Freedom: Align your working hours perfectly with your lifestyle, school runs, or university modules.

A Supportive Team: Access an experienced consulting team that treats supply staff as specialists, not just numbers.

The Simple Entry Tiers:
The Qualified Bracket: Requires an active Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (NNEB, CACHE, NVQ). Note: Teaching Assistant and Health & Social Care certifications do not meet nursery ratio criteria.

The Support Bracket (Unqualified): A minimum of 3 months of verifiable history in a private nursery setting unlocks our assistant entry point.

The Statutory Standard: Possession of an active Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is standard policy for ratio-counted staff.
