About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children within a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. You will support children’s learning through play and help create positive experiences every day.
Key Responsibilities
> Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
> Plan and participate in engaging activities and experiences
> Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
> Ensure children’s safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding at all times
> Observe and record children’s progress and achievements
> Help maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating environment
> Promote inclusive practice and positive behaviour
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare
Minimum 1 years experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Caring, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
Level 3 Paediactric First Aid Qualification (desirable)
English GCSE grade C/4+ (if qualified after Sept 2014)
Working Hours:
Full-time and Part-time positions available, Monday - Friday
