Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a professional and customer-focused Workplace Host to work within a corporate banking environment in Edinburgh.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with front-of-house, reception, hospitality or security experience looking to work within a modern corporate setting.
Pay Rate
£12.71 per hour PAYE

About the Role
This is a hybrid position combining:
Corporate reception duties
Workplace ambassador responsibilities
Front-of-house customer service
Security reception support
You will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and contractors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment is maintained at all times.
Duties Include
Meeting and greeting visitors
Managing reception and visitor access procedures
Providing workplace and customer support
Assisting with meeting room management
Supporting building security procedures
Handling enquiries professionally and efficiently
Maintaining high presentation standards across front-of-house areas
Requirements
Previous reception, hospitality, workplace, concierge or security experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Smart and professional appearance
Comfortable working within a corporate banking environment
Reliable, punctual and proactive
Right to Work in the UK required
