Temporary Assignment
Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a Fabric Technician to support a busy commercial maintenance contract in Stafford.
This role would suit someone with previous fabric maintenance, handyperson or general building maintenance experience looking to work within a professional facilities environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out general fabric maintenance and repair works
Supporting planned and reactive maintenance activities across the site
Completing maintenance tasks safely and efficiently
Accurately documenting maintenance activities and reporting issues
Working closely with the onsite maintenance and facilities teams
Following health & safety procedures and safe systems of work at all times
Supporting operational efficiency across the maintenance function
Requirements:
Previous fabric maintenance or building maintenance experience preferred
Good practical maintenance and repair skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
Reliable and professional approach to work
